All Products Featured On This Website Are Sold With The Agreement To Our Terms And Conditions Displayed Below.
In these terms and conditions, the words below have the following meanings:
‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ means Surface House.
‘Seller’ means Surface House.
‘you’, ‘your’ means the customer.
‘Buyer’ means the customer.
‘Product(s)’ means any goods available to the customer.
‘Design(s)’ means any artwork that is owned and copyrighted by Surface House.
‘Conditions’ means these terms and conditions.
We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer financial information or
contact details with any third parties.
All of our product designs are protected by Copyright and may not be
reproduced or copied in any form or way without our written permission.
All design rights remain the property of Surface House after exchange of goods.
We advise you to order a sample of your chosen wallpaper before placing an order.
The sample ordered is a representation of the colour, texture and print of the wallpaper
and may not show the full design. We cannot guarantee that your computer display will show the
true colours of our designs, the sample sent to you may therefore vary slightly from
the image on our website. All samples shown on our website are subject to availability.
Every effort is made to ensure that the wallpaper supplied is as similar to our sample as possible.
Please be aware that slight variations between batches can occur under the normal manufacturing
process and customers must ensure they order a sufficient quantity of wallpaper for their requirements.
Surface House are not responsible for under or over ordering of wallpaper.
If a particular colour variation is desired but not shown as an option on the website,
please get in touch to discuss a bespoke service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stock availability – All of our stock is made to order, please allow four to five weeks lead (printing) time,
plus delivery time from initial receipt of order. You acknowledge and accept that we are reliant on a third
party printer in fulfilling orders and in the event that an order cannot be fulfilled within the stated lead
time we will inform you of the delay and do everything we can to provide your order as soon as possible.
We always endeavour to shorten the stated lead time where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse supply of products to any individual or company.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Full payment is required before dispatch of goods.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to delivery and we will refund the payment you have made.
Deliveries will be made via Parcel Force, Royal Mail or UPS and all items will have to be signed for, except samples.
All goods leave us in perfect condition. By signing for the package you are accepting that they are still in
this condition. Please do not sign for damaged goods, in the event of this happening, inform us immediately.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your cost (which for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities) within fourteen days upon receipt of the order.
We ask that you take care in opening and storing your items, returns will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and are in an unused, resaleable condition. Please ensure that returned goods are sufficiently packaged, protected and are sent by recorded delivery. We are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in transit.

We will then decide on action based on the individual circumstance. Please note, you should check each product before installation. If the product is defective, a replacement or refund will be made to you.
When returning goods in any circumstance please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call+44(0)7969039806, state your order/invoice number, date of order and receipt, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
We regret that specially printed items or bespoke work can not be returned. Please note
that we will not refund the cost of returning the items to us; only original delivery charges where applicable.
The purchase of products from Surface House will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be
governed by English law.
The import of products bought by overseas customers are subject to their own customs, policies,
clearance and any fees. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the county of import.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the specification of any goods or pattern without further notice to you.
We may make suggestions for your use of the products you are ordering but it is a matter for you to satisfy yourself that they are suitable for your intended use. Information on how to hang our wallpaper is given as guidance, in good faith. As site conditions and levels
of skill are beyond our control, we can accept no liability for the performance of the products arising out of such use.
Any papers hung incorrectly are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please ensure all surfaces are properly prepared, if in doubt, consult a competent/qualified decorator.
