Delivery of Samples
There is a standard charge of £2.50 for wallpaper samples. Our samples are a minimum size of A4 but usually larger.
We offer free delivery on samples in the UK.
For sample requests outside of the UK, please get in touch via out contact page and we be able to amend the postage cost for each unique order. (The stated delivery price is for wallpaper rolls only, a sample delivery will cost less.)
Delivery of Wallpaper Rolls, Cushions and Lampshades
Upon receipt of payment, an order will be placed with our print company. There is a standard 4 week lead time on the printing, however, if we are able to dispatch your order to you sooner we will inform you.
A tracked service will be used to ensure that your items arrive to you promptly and safely.
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders.
We have every confidence in our products, however, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your cost (which for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities) within fourteen days upon receipt of the order.
We ask that you take care in opening and storing your items, returns will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and in an unused resalable condition. Please ensure that returned goods are sufficiently packaged, protected and are sent via recorded delivery as we are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in transit.

We will then decide on action based on the individual circumstance.
Please note, you should check each product before installation. If the product is defective, a replacement or refund will be made to you.

State your order number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
We regret that specially printed items or bespoke work can not be returned. Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning the items to us.
